About the Farm...Cultivating Impact, a program of the non-profit organization Collective Impact, is an organic produce farm with two locations in Sonoma County: Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. Over the past four years the farm has gone through many changes in terms of the crops grown and the sales outlets, but what has been consistent is our commitment to growing high quality, certified organic produce for local consumption. We want to give back to the community in addition to providing healthy, fresh food, and so we have created Cultivating Impact-a non-profit program that connects children with their food source and promotes sustainable agriculture. In January of 2010 we took over management of a beautiful 5 acre farm in Northern Santa Rosa. The farm is located within close proximity of more than five schools that are all eager to integrate the farm into their curriculum. We are enjoying transforming the property into an exciting outdoor learning laboratory for the students of these schools, students from our partner program, Opportunity Impact, and any others interested in coming to visit. We grow over 100 varieties of vegetables, herbs and flowers at our Santa Rosa farm, so sale through our Community Supported Agriculture program (CSA), as well as 1 acre of lavender plants at our Healdsburg farm, for sale seasonally as fresh and dried bundles.
