Cultivating Impact operates as a program of Collective Impact, an innovative non-profit organization that aims to work together as a community to support the development of programs that educate, feed and enhance the lives of all citizens. We recognize that all people are connected, and believe that if we work together, we can develop inventive solutions to the issues facing our communities and the world. In order to address the issues we feel we can make an impact on, we created two programs: Cultivating Impact and Opportunity Impact

Cultivating Impact recently connected with another non-profit, Patchworks Farm, and we will be working closely with them at our new location in Santa Rosa. Patchworks Farm and Cultivating Impact share a common vision of promoting sustainable living and educating for change.
